During May, the Baku City Department of Education (BCDE) received 2,141 appeals. Most of the received appeals were answered and resolved promptly.

According to statistics, the Call Center received 1,250 calls (phone: (+99412) 599-12-22).

Last month, BSTI received and registered 582 documents (156 applications from citizens, 58 from the Ministry of Education, 133 from other agencies, 146 letters from schools, 24 internal correspondence and 65 staff applications). Also, 309 e-applications were considered.

The appeals covered the study of the rules governing various issues, admission to the first grade, student transfer, extension of teachers' employment contracts, recruitment, information provision and other issues.
