It was announced in which district the lowest result in the assessment in secondary schools was registered

The results of the online national assessment conducted on December 19 were analyzed by the Institute of Education.

 

 

 

 

According to the Ministry of Education, 189,445 students studying in IV, VI and IX grades took part in the survey conducted in about 3,500 schools operating in the country. The students answered closed test questions on the language of instruction, mathematics and foreign languages. Fifty-three percent of the students in the assessment were boys.Eighty-eight percent of the participants were students of the Azerbaijani department. If we look at the comparison by gender, the girls showed better results in all subjects. In terms of grades, fourth-graders (37 percent) were more active.

 

 

 

 

 

During the comparison by territorial units, it was noted that the results of students studying in urban schools were higher than those studying in district schools. Thus, the average success rate for urban schools was 73.7 percent, for district schools - 64.7 percent. When comparing districts and cities separately, the best result was shown by Sumgayit city (76.8%), the lowest result was shown by Saatli district (54%).
