Seyran Jafarli, an employee of the Marketing and Communication Department of UNEC, a cartoonist, won first place at the International Cartoon Competition in Izmir, Turkey.

1672 works by 549 authors from 62 countries were presented at the competition on gender equality and women's rights. According to the terms of the competition, each participant has the opportunity to submit three works, but Seyran Jafarli submitted one cartoon to the competition. The cartoon was highly praised by the jury and awarded first place.
