In Athens, people reportedly surrounded parliament and threw Molotov cocktails at security forces as they tried to disperse protesters with gas.

It is noted that the reason for the protests was the new law on education. Thus, if the document is adopted, it will severely limit the duration of higher education, and the so-called student police will appear on campus.

It should be noted that, as in many countries, there are mass protests in Greece. The current clashes between police and students in Athens are a manifestation of this discontent. It seems that the countries that are going to teach the whole world a lesson in democracy, freedom of speech, human rights, are themselves flawed in these issues, and that is why they have problems.
