Rustam Mammadov, head of the International Law Department of the Baku State University, "Turkish World Research International Academy of Sciences" has been selected as an academician.

According to the representative of the academy in Azerbaijan, Professor E. Iskanderzade, the list includes Arif Pashayev, Khoshbakht Yusifzade, Jamil Aliyev, Habil Gurbanov, Kamran Imanov, Vagif Shadlinski, Yagub Mahmudov and other celebrities.

Rustam Mammadov was also awarded the gold medal of the academy on January 24, 2021.
