In the last month, 5,122 children were admitted to kindergarten through the electronic system in Baku.

According to "Tehsil.biz" information, this was said by Mehriban Valiyeva, head of the Baku City Education Department (BEDI), during her speech at the September conference of education workers.

He noted that this year 41,087 children were involved in training in kindergartens operating in the capital:

"4,299 teachers deal with their education".

M. Valiyeva said that 348 kindergartens came under the control of the department:

"The activities of 8 of them have been suspended. Out of the total kindergartens, 264 are nurseries. 4 kindergartens have been overhauled, and current repair works have been completed in 18 kindergartens."
