Honorees ANAS Acad. Academician Sahin Majid oghlu Mustafayev, head of the ZM Bunyadov Institute of Oriental Studies, head of the Department of Turkology of Baku State University, professor Ramiz Bakhsheli oghlu Askarov, and Almas Gasim gizi Binnetova, head of the literary relations department of Azerbaijan-Turkmenistan-Uzbekistan Institute of Literature named after ANAS Nizami.

It should be noted that today President Ilham Aliyev signed the Decree on awarding three cultural figures of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the Order of "Friendship".
