Implementation of the e-Journal and e-Diary system continues in 204 general educational institutions across the country.
According to the information provided to "Tehsil.biz" by the Ministry of Education, the mentioned educational institutions are located in Baku, Sumgayit cities and other 11 regions.
The goal of the project is the effective organization of electronic assessment by the educational and administrative staff of the institution and digitization of the documentation process. Through this system, the appointment of teaching shifts for each institution, the preparation of lesson schedules, the adjustment of electronic profiles and the management of student data by classes are electronicized. Also, the electronic journal provides an opportunity to analyze the success and attendance of students, as well as the quality of mastering the learning materials on topics. The accessibility of parent-school and parent-teacher relations has been increased through the implemented system.
Currently, the "Electronic journal and diary" system covers 324,357 students and 23,337 teachers of 204 educational institutions. It is planned to implement this system in 158 more institutions from the next academic year. It is predicted that the "Electronic journal and diary" system will cover 536,646 students and 37,448 teachers.
It should be noted that improvements are made every academic year, taking into account the requests and suggestions from users regarding the functionalities of the electronic magazine.
