More than 700 children have been involved in the day care centers established by the order of the Social Services Agency under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population since September 2021.

The projects are aimed at preventing children from entering state children's institutions and providing access to social services for vulnerable children and families, the ministry told Tehsil.biz .

Day centers are located in 24 cities and regions (Ganja, Mingachevir, Naftalan, Shirvan, Absheron, Gabala, Neftchala, Goygol, Saatli, Samukh, Hajigabul, Gusar, Guba, Khachmaz, Oguz, Sheki, Goychay, Ismayilli, Dashkasan, Bilasuvar, Jalilabad, Barda, Agstafa and Nizami districts of Baku).

These centers provided social, psychological, neurological, pedagogical and other services to children aged 3-12, as well as legal advice to their families.
