The city prosecutor's office has launched an investigation into the illegalities committed at Mingachevir secondary school No. 3.

According to the Mingachevir City Prosecutor's Office, the former director of the school Kamala Tahirova, who was the director of the school in 2013-2019, allowed the person to be paid a total of 5,000 manat if he did not regularly attend work. When organizing extracurricular, optional training groups, there were reasonable doubts that students did not wait for the limit on the number of lessons, as well as deliberately used their official powers in the interests of service without formalizing the optional hours.

The Mingachevir City Prosecutor's Office launched a criminal case under Articles 179.2.3 (embezzlement or waste of official position), 308.1 (abuse of power) and 313 (forgery) of the Criminal Code.
