MP Malahat Ibrahimgizi proposed to transfer preschools (kindergartens) to the Ministry of Education.

According to Tehsil.biz, during his speech at today's plenary session of the Milli Majlis, he stressed the importance of control over kindergartens not by the Baku City Executive Power, but by the Ministry of Education.
