Baku State Vocational Training Center for Tourism and Social Services accepts applications for the training "Front Office / Sales Representative".
The trainings will be conducted in cooperation with Azerconnect LLC with the support of the State Agency for Vocational Education.
The trainings will be organized in hybrid format (both online and traditional) at the Baku State Vocational Training Center for Tourism and Social Services. Duration of training: 2.5 months
The main selection criteria:
Students or graduates of secondary or higher education;
Ability to articulate one's point of view;
Fluency in the Azerbaijani language;
Additional language skills (Russian or English; it is preferable to know both);
General ability to use computers and office programs;
During the training, the trainees will gain knowledge and skills in the areas of front office and its working principles, customer service and satisfaction, sales and communication skills, sales organization, sales organization according to customers' wishes, proper orientation, conflict resolution, stress management. Selected candidates will be exempted from tuition fees.
Certificates will be awarded to participants who successfully complete the training.
