Azerbaijan Theological Institute (ATI) Head of the Department of Languages ​​and Social Sciences, Assoc. Ilkin Alimuradov took part in an international scientific conference on "Combinative pragmatics and its application in the teaching of the Arabic language" organized by the Universities of Biskara, Vahran 1, Sidi Bilabbas and the Virtual Literature Assembly of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

According to Tehsil.biz, Associate Professor I.Alimuradov made a report on "Teaching the Arabic language in Azerbaijan: on the example of the Azerbaijan Theological Institute." He stressed that Arabic is an international language, the mother tongue of Islam, as well as important in the study of our national heritage, especially the history of the Middle Ages.

The speaker then spoke about the achievements and experiences in teaching Arabic in various secondary and higher education institutions in our country. Alimuradov drew the attention of the conference participants to the exceptional role of the Arabic language in the study of religious sciences, especially Islamic theology, noting that special attention is paid to the teaching of this language at the Azerbaijan Theological Institute.
