On October 11, Minister of Education Emin Amrullayev visited the Azerbaijan Technical University (AzTU).

 Rector of AzTU Vilayat Valiyev informed the Minister of Education Emin Amrullayev about the new projects implemented at the university. Then the Minister got acquainted with the modern laboratories established at AzTU. During a tour of the TIKA-funded Cezeri Lab, which is scheduled to open in the coming days, Education Minister Emin Amrullayev inspected the handicrafts of students. The Minister was presented with various handicrafts made by students in the laboratory.

The Minister of Education also got acquainted with the auditoriums of the Code Academy established at AzTU and talked to students.

It was noted that the project developed by the Ministry of Education and Code Academy is being implemented at AzTU for the first time. Within the framework of the project, 3rd and 4th year students studying in the field of information technology and programming passed the exam on the basis of the Code Academy program. As a result, 90 students were selected. They will receive intensive training in relevant fields for 4 months in the auditoriums of the Code Academy, created at AzTU and equipped with modern computers. The Minister of Education was also informed about the Institute of Logistics and Transport established at AzTU. It was noted that a CRENG Office has been established at the institute to train highly qualified specialists. CRENG Office is equipped with the latest equipment. The Minister of Education also inspected the auditoriums created for students majoring in "Logistics and Transport" in the "SABAH Master's" program at the Institute of Logistics and Transport. During the acquaintance with the "AzTU Taxi" project created under the institute, it was noted that this is a project developed to study and solve the transport problem. The project will first study the problems of taxi systems and make proposals for their solution.

After getting acquainted with the work done at the university, the Minister of Education met with students admitted to the "SABAH Magistracy" program for the master's degree of higher education. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Education and AzTU. Rector of AzTU Vilayat Valiyev said that a grant competition was announced in June-July 2021 to select an organization to organize training and perform other relevant work within the "SABAH Master's" program on "Logistics and Transport". The winner of the grant competition was the Institute of Education of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ARTI). The program envisages the development of English language knowledge and skills of 48 students admitted to the specialty "Logistics and Transport" and the formation of skills in the field of research.

Then the Minister of Education Emin Amrullayev spoke. The Minister said that the SABAH Master's program, like the SABAH Groups project, aims to provide students with quality education. Noting that the expectations from this project are high, the Minister wished success to the students.
