An Azerbaijani student studying in Turkey has been found hanged in the construction industry.

Umid Can, an Azerbaijani citizen who moved to Turkey from Azerbaijan two years ago, was a second-year student at Buca Ataturk Lyceum in Izmir.

The teenager, born in 2005, went out to dine in a restaurant on September 3 and never returned.

As a result of search operations conducted by Turkish law enforcement officers, Umid Can was found hanged at a construction site near Kiziltepe in the morning of September 9.

The body of the teenager was brought to Baku this morning.
