The State Examination Center (SEC) continues to register for the test exam to be held on September 19 for positions corresponding to groups AB and AC belonging to type A (administrative managerial positions) of administrative civil service positions.

The registration of candidates for the exam will be held until September 17 at 14:00. As of 10:15 today, 21 people (AB-8, AC-13) have registered to take the exam. The exam will be held by computer at 28 Abdulvahab Salamzadeh Street, Nasimi district, Baku (former Baku Asian University building).

It should be noted that candidates wishing to take the exam must create a "Personal Cabinet" on the portal of the Ministry of Education. When the cabinet is created, the money account is opened. Tariffs and methods of payment for participation in the exams are available on the website of the Ministry of Education. Once the "Personal Cabinet" has been created and the necessary funds have been credited to the account, it is necessary to register on the MFA's Internet portal to take the exams. Candidates who register and do not take the exam will not be reimbursed.

During registration, information on higher education is checked through the state electronic information system "Student-Graduate". If information about a candidate is not in the system, his / her registration is not carried out. In this case, the candidate admitted to the higher education institutions of the Republic of Azerbaijan must apply to the educational institution where he graduated in order to enter the information related to him in the state electronic information system "Student-Graduate". Candidates who have studied abroad and other candidates who do not have information about higher education in the system must apply to the Ministry of Education (Baku, Yasamal district, 1M Mikayil Mushfig Street or regional branches of the Ministry of Education). Candidates whose information is included in the state electronic information system "Student-Graduate" can register.

Prior to registration, candidates can find out whether their education information is in the "Student-Graduate" state electronic information system through the "E-government" portal through the "Student-Graduate" state electronic information system of the Ministry of Education and Science.
