From September 2, the second stage of admission of students to vacant places in vocational education institutions for the 2021/2022 academic year will start.

In the second stage, applications are still made free of charge through the portal.edu.az platform. Applications for the vacancies will be accepted until 23:59 on September 6. Persons graduating from general or full secondary education can apply to vocational education institutions.

Those who do not show successful results in the first stage of e-student admission to the vocational education level can join the second stage and choose a specialty. Applications for vacancies will also be open to those who did not participate in the first stage.

Admission to vocational education institutions is based on the average score of the grades in the relevant subjects specified in the applicant's certificate.

During the student admission process, each person has the opportunity to choose a maximum of 5 specialties. Successful applicants will be invited to submit their original documents to the host institution at the next stage.

We would like to inform you that the first stage of vocational education was held electronically on August 10-21. Student enrollment for the 2021/2022 academic year was conducted in 120 specialties in 66 vocational schools. 14,876 of those registered in the system electronically have completed the selection of specialties. The number of applicants increased by 26% compared to last year.
