In accordance with the Action Plan approved by the State Agency for Vocational Education and AzerGold Closed Joint-Stock Company (CJSC), the implementation of the "Scholarship Program" project for students studying in vocational and industrial fields in vocational education institutions is underway.

The Scholarship Program, established to support the training of qualified personnel in the mining sector, will be presented on the basis of a competition between students studying at the Baku State Vocational Education Center for Industry and Innovation and the Ganja State Vocational Education Center for Industry and Technology. In the competition, "Automation Master", "Electrician for maintenance and repair of electrical equipment", "Locksmith-plumber", "Installation work in industry", "Lathe" were admitted to the vocational training centers from the base of full secondary education and for the 2021-2022 academic year. and milling machine operator ”,“ Mining specialist ”students. Applications for the program will be made at the relevant vocational schools immediately after the start of the academic year.

The 20 candidates with the highest scores in the jury evaluation will be declared the winners. 10 of the winners will be selected from the students of the vocational school located in Baku and the other 10 in Ganja.

Students who successfully pass the competition will receive a certificate and a scholarship of AZN 200 per student for 9 months. Students will also have the opportunity to undergo internships at AzerGold CJSC and build their careers in the mining industry in the future.
