The parent (legal representative) must submit the following documents to the school for admission to the school preparation group:

- for citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan - the original and a copy of the document confirming the identity of the parent and the child's identity card;

- Identity card or birth certificate of a foreign country issued to a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan before the age of 16 for persons who subsequently acquired the citizenship of the Republic of Azerbaijan and whose birth certificate was previously issued by the country of citizenship;

- For foreign citizens - foreign passport of the parent, temporary or permanent residence permit in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan (if any), original and copy of the child's birth certificate;

- Protection document of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees for citizens of other countries who have received refugee status; • medical certificate of the child's health (form 26U);

- 2 (two) color photos in 3x4 size;

- “Application” published from the “Personal Cabinet” of the parent (legal representative) created on the website www.mektebegebul.edu.az.
