The Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the National Council of Youth Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan continue to accept applications for membership in the Database of Trainers in the field of youth work.

The main goal of the Trainers Database in the field of youth work is to create a single and sustainable base of professional trainers to improve the quality of non-formal education opportunities in the field of youth policy.

In the field of youth work, the Trainers Database aims at the following tasks:

● Systematization of information on identified trainers and candidates for trainers in a single and electronic database;

● Creating conditions for the implementation of initiatives that will ensure the development of coaching in the country and providing continuous government support;

● Development of training topics and teaching aids in various fields and support of activities in this direction;

● Support for long-term “Trainers for Trainers” and other personal development models for the professional development of trainers included in the trainers database;

● Support for the exchange of trainers and international training trips in the field of youth work.

5 reasons to join the Youth Trainers Database:

● Issuance of a certificate to trainers with a validity period of 2 years, approved by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Youth Foundation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the National Council of Youth Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan;

● Provide appropriate support for candidates to become trainers to improve their coaching skills and exchange experiences;

● Easier selection of trainers by project executors and donors through an electronic database;

● Recognition of knowledge and skills of young people participating in trainings.

List of required documents:

● application form (Appendix №1);

● brief information form on training experience (Appendix №2);

● CV;

● information on public activities;

● Copies of documents (certificates, etc.) confirming participation in “Training of trainers” held at the local and international levels;

● copy of ID card;

● copy of higher education certificate (if any);

● 1 3x4 photo in electronic form.
