Diplomas of 144 people who studied abroad were recognized, and 64 appeals were rejected

The Agency for Quality Assurance in Education has released statistics on applications for recognition for June.

 

According to the agency, 144 out of 208 applicants, whose execution was completed within 16 days in June, were approved and relevant certificates were issued, while the appeals of 64 people ended in a negative decision.

 

It was noted that 33 people applied due to unsatisfactory level of knowledge of the language of instruction, 27 due to insufficient level of education in the country where they studied, 2 due to non-traditional education and 2 due to other reasons.

 

Looking at the number of appeals by country, there are 77 appeals from the Russian Federation, 62 from Ukraine, 37 from the Republic of Turkey, 8 from Georgia, 5 from the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, and 19 from other countries.

 

As for the most popular specialties, 34 were registered in law, 17 in economics, 15 in management, 13 in medicine, and 8 in finance and credit.
