Each entrant who comes to the aptitude test in physical education and sports must submit a health certificate to the commission (form-86). Applicants who do not bring a sports uniform when coming to the exam are not allowed to take the aptitude test.

Applicants print the "Declaration on the health of the exam participant" together with the transcript. The declaration must be printed on a separate sheet and submitted to the examiner on the day of the exam, signed by the applicant.

Those who bring a mobile phone or additional transmitter to the exam will be excluded from the exam. Examination results of those who violate the exam rules will be annulled. Dissatisfied with the results of the exam, bachelors can apply on the same day. The appeal is held on the same day in the examination hall. Requests for re-examination are not considered.
