Registration for the test exam to be held by the State Examination Center (SEC) on July 31 for positions corresponding to groups AA, AB and AC belonging to type A (administrative managerial positions) of administrative civil service positions continues.

The registration of candidates for the exam will be held until July 30 at 14:00.

The exam will be held by computer at 28 Abdulvahab Salamzadeh Street, Nasimi District, Baku (former Baku Asian University building). Candidates wishing to take the exam must create a "Personal Cabinet" on the portal of the Ministry of Education. When creating a "personal account", a cash account is opened. Tariffs for participation in the exams can be found at the link posted on the website of the Ministry of Education. You can use various payment methods to transfer money to the account in the "Personal Cabinet". After creating a "personal account" and depositing the necessary funds in the account, it is necessary to register on the website of the Ministry of Education and Science to participate in the exams. Candidates who register and do not take the exam will not be reimbursed.

During registration, information on higher education is checked through the state electronic information system "Student-Graduate" and if information about the candidate is not in the system, his registration is not carried out. In this case, the candidate admitted to the higher education institutions of the Republic of Azerbaijan must apply to the educational institution where he / she graduated in order to enter the information related to him / her into the state electronic information system “Student-Graduate”. Candidates who have studied abroad and other candidates who do not have information about higher education in the system must apply to the SEP (Baku, Yasamal district, 1M Mikayil Mushfig Street or regional branches of the SEP). Candidates whose information is included in the state electronic information system "Student-Graduate" can register.

Prior to registration, candidates can find out whether their education information is in the "Student-Graduate" state electronic information system through the "E-government" portal through the "Student-Graduate" state electronic information system.

The notification on registration, "Candidate's memory book" is sent to the e-mail address provided by the candidates during the registration in the e-cabinet. It is recommended that the candidate use his / her own e-mail to ensure the correspondence with the MFA. If you do not receive a notification to register, you need to check the "Spam" folder, if there is no notification in that folder, call the MIA Call Center 1653 and inform about it.
