On July 31, 2021, the State Examination Center will hold a test exam for positions corresponding to groups AA, AB and AC, which belong to type A (administrative managerial positions) of administrative civil service positions.

Registration of candidates wishing to take part in the exam will be held until July 30 at 14:00.

The exam will be conducted by computer. The exam will be held at: Baku, Nasimi district, Abdulvahab Salamzadeh Street, 28 (former Baku Asian University building).

Candidates wishing to take the exam must create a "Personal Cabinet" on the portal of the Ministry of Education (those who do not have a personal account). When the cabinet is created, the money account is opened. You can get acquainted with the payment rates for participation in the exams here. You can use various payment methods (more information here) to transfer funds to the account in the "Personal Cabinet". Once the "Personal Cabinet" has been created and the necessary funds have been credited to the account, it is necessary to register for the exams through the "Online Registration for the Civil Service Admission Test" service on the MFA's web portal. Candidates who register and do not take the exam will not be reimbursed.

During registration, information on higher education is checked through the state electronic information system "Student-Graduate" and if the information about the candidate is not in the system, his registration is not carried out. In this case, the candidate admitted to the higher education institutions of the Republic of Azerbaijan must apply to the educational institution where he graduated to enter the information related to him in the state electronic information system "Student-Graduate". Candidates who have studied abroad and other candidates who do not have information about higher education in the system must apply to the Ministry of Education (Baku, Yasamal district, 1M Mikayil Mushfig Street or regional branches of the Ministry of Education). Candidates whose information is included in the state electronic information system "Student-Graduate" can register.

Prior to registration, candidates can find out whether their education information is in the "Student-Graduate" state electronic information system through the "E-government" portal through the "Student-Graduate" state electronic information system of the Ministry of Education and Science.

"Notice" and "Candidate's memory book" on registration are sent to the e-mail address indicated by the registered candidates during the registration in the e-cabinet. It is recommended that the candidate use his / her own e-mail to ensure the efficiency of correspondence with the MFA. If you do not receive a notification to register, you need to check the "Spam" folder, and if there is no notification in that folder, you need to call the MIA Call Center 1653 and inform about it.

Before registering, candidates are advised to choose the correct task group, prepare more effectively for the exam, and use the following to familiarize themselves with the rules of conduct in the exam:
