Acceptance of documents for doctoral education abroad for the autumn semester has started within the "State Program on Increasing the International Competitiveness of the Higher Education System in Azerbaijan for 2019-2023".

According to the Ministry of Education, Azerbaijani citizens wishing to study or study at prestigious foreign universities can participate in the adoption of the document.

The program is designed for candidates preparing for admission to doctoral programs in priority specialties and currently studying at the doctoral level in relevant fields. The education of the program participants is financed by the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The deadline for applications is July 31.
