The Technical Support Training on Information Technology, implemented as part of short-term trainings initiated by the State Agency for Vocational Education, has ended. In this regard, on June 24, graduates of the Baku State Vocational Training Center for Industry and Innovation were awarded certificates. During the two-month training, students gained the necessary knowledge and skills to identify and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, operating systems, and network problems.

It should be noted that, since March 2021, short-term trainings in relevant and distance formats on relevant specialties have been carried out at vocational education institutions. So far, more than 3,000 people have applied for the trainings, and 360 people have been selected and involved in the trainings. The main purpose of the training is to provide training in accordance with the changing requirements of the labor market in a short time.

Preference is given to areas that create alternative employment opportunities due to the knowledge and skills to be acquired in a short period of time during the organization of trainings within the project. Trainings are mainly in the field of ICT (IT Technical Support, System and Network Administration, Basics of Programming, Java Programming), as well as finance (Accounting and 1C, Tax Accounting, Young Financier Program), logistics (Truck Operator), Customer Service (Contact Center) ) and other similar areas.

A number of new short-term trainings are planned for the year, taking into account the changing needs of the labor market. At the same time, it is planned to conduct such trainings by vocational education institutions in the long run.
