Students of Baku State University (BSU) have won the "Student Spring" All-Republican Festival of Student Creativity, held annually by the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Azerbaijan among students of higher education institutions since 2007.

This year's "Student Spring" XV All-Republican Festival of Student Creativity is dedicated to the "Year of Nizami Ganjavi" in 2021.

100 students from 15 higher education institutions took part in the selection of the festival. The dance ensemble of BSU students took part in the competition in the nomination of national dances, the third-year student of the Faculty of International Relations and Economics Firudun Yusifov and the second-year master of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Psychology Pusta Shukurova in the nomination of national dances (duet). Jafarova's performance of the composer's songs was awarded the third place in the nomination.

With the participation of the finalists, a musical performance based on Nizami Ganjavi's poem "Khamsa" will be prepared and broadcast online, provided that it is filmed in different places.
