In order to hold events related to the proclamation of 2021 as the "Year of Nizami", the Action Plan was approved at the Shamakhi branch of the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University (ASPU).

As a continuation of these events, the staff of the branch visited the Nizami Mausoleum in Ganja. The visit was attended by employees of the branch, as well as several students.

During the visit, the director of the branch, associate professor Tunzala Yusifova spoke about the life and work of Nizami Ganjavi, noting that the announcement of 2021 as the "Year of Nizami" by President Ilham Aliyev is a clear example of attention to our literary history, national and spiritual values.
