The annual report notes that the Yeni Fikir startup competition, which promotes and supports the development of innovative entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship and startups, supports 100 projects and provides incubation services to 35 of them.

In addition, initiatives such as the Smart Bridge and the Digital Government Promotion, supported by the Korea International Cooperation Agency, have been shown to increase capacity for technology transfer, university collaboration, and e-governance research.
