At the initiative of the Ganja City Organization of the New Azerbaijan Party, an intellectual competition "Studying the legacy of Heydar Aliyev" dedicated to the 98th anniversary of national leader Heydar Aliyev was organized among higher and secondary schools operating in Ganja.

In the knowledge contest held by the Ganja city branch of the New Azerbaijan Party, which was attended by five teams of five people each, participants answered questions about the life of the national leader, his political activities and the work of the New Azerbaijan Party. The teams were evaluated by a jury.

In the intense knowledge contest, the team of students of the Faculty of History and Geography of Ganja State University won all its rivals and took the first place.
