In the 2020-2021 academic year, 16,040 students were transferred through the electronic system (sy.edu.az) in general education institutions subordinated to the Baku City Education Department.

It was noted that the electronic transfer of students serves to further improve the school-parent relationship in this process and to make the contact of parents with educational institutions more convenient and transparent.
