The State Examination Center will hold the next final exams on general (9-year) secondary education on June 9-10.

According to the center, the exams start at 11:00.

15 minutes before the start of the exams - at 10:45 the graduation mode ends. After that, the participants are not allowed in the exam building.

In order to prevent crowds and contact, different entrance times were set for the exam participants and the time was indicated in the exam participant's certificate. Therefore, it is recommended to come to the examination hall at the time indicated in the admission form.

Participants must come to the exam with a medical mask and use them properly (covering the nose, mouth and chin). It is forbidden to remove the mask and must be used throughout the process (graduation mode, exam period, leaving the exam building).

Students must bring the following documents to the exam:

- Admission to the exam;

- Health declaration (you print and sign it together with the transcript. As the transcript is kept by the student and the declaration of health is handed over to the examiner, both documents must be printed on a separate sheet);

- Original identity document:

a) ID cards of citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan (including participants under the age of 16);

b) permits issued by the State Migration Service to foreigners and stateless persons, and refugee cards issued to foreign citizens and their family members who have received refugee status;

- Participants who do not have a photo on their ID card, along with other documents, a certificate issued by the educational institution and affixed with photos (a 3x4cm photo of the participant is attached to the certificate and the photo is stamped).

Students who will take the exam can print and download the "Exam Admission Form" from the website of the Ministry of Education and Science from June 1.

The exams will be held on June 9-10 in 29 cities and regions of the country.

Lets` remind that, 197 exam buildings and 3333 exam halls were allocated in the cities and regions where the exams were held. 197 general examiners, 549 examiners, 4166 supervisors-teachers, 394 graduation officers (security guards), 197 building representatives were assigned to manage the exams.

A total of 43,638 students are expected to take part in the exams to be held on June 9, including 21,423, and in the exams to be held on June 10, 22,215.

At present, online training seminars are being held with supervisors, exam supervisors and security officers who will take part in the exams. All examination buildings were inspected, and necessary conditions were created in the examination halls for applicants to take the exam comfortably.

In addition, in accordance with the requirements of the pandemic, the Center carried out a number of preventive measures in the examination halls - to regulate the number of participants per room in accordance with the principle of social distance, to provide exam staff with appropriate protective equipment (gloves, medical mask).

In order to ensure security one day before the exam, the examination centers are re-inspected and the examination halls, entrance and exit doors, buildings are sealed and placed under the protection of the employees of the Main Security Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

As a precautionary measure, the body temperature of the participants entering the examination building will be checked with an electronic thermometer, which can be measured remotely, and the necessary disinfectants will be used. Persons with a body temperature below 37 ° C are allowed to take the exam.

Examiners must extend the face of the identity document in such a way that it can be seen by an employee of the Ministry of Education and Science, keeping the social distance, and temporarily show the face by lowering the mask while entering the examination building.
