The University of Manchester is offering a registration deposit for undergraduate students this fall.

Kaopuiki, Ryon "We understand that students and families continue to experience a lot of disorder and uncertainty," said Vice President Ryon Kaopuiki for the note. "Last year, we refused to deposit, and we heard from many students that giving up savings helps their families. We want to make sure that the high school class in 2021 has the same opportunity. ”

"If you make a deposit in advance, it will be a loan to your $ 250 fall account," said Melissa West, assistant director for recruitment. "If you have not yet made a deposit, you must fill out your intention to register as soon as you are ready to take it to Manchester."

This is part of Manchester's three-pronged approach to making an excellent college education accessible:

• Indiana Education Bridge will allow 2021 high school graduates from Indiana to travel to Manchester in 2021 for up to four years without out-of-pocket tuition costs.

• Education is frozen for the 2021-22 academic year.

• The MU Triple Guarantee ensures that 100 percent of MU bachelors receive financial aid, graduate in four years or less, and receive a job or enrollment in graduate school within six months of graduation.

Manchester has also added full-travel academic scholarships for multicultural and distinguished students.
