Valery Fadeyev, the head of the Human Rights Council under the President of Russia, opposed the admission of children of migrants who do not speak Russian to secondary schools.

Tehsil.biz reports with reference to "Qafqazinfo" that V. Fadeyev considered it appropriate to take such children to secondary school after passing one-year Russian language courses.

The Russian Agency for Nationalities has proposed to create adaptation centers for migrants in the country. The head of the agency, Igor Barinov, said in his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin that such centers will prevent the isolation of migrants from social life.

V. Putin agreed with the proposal and emphasized the importance of migrants knowing the Russian language, the country's history, culture and laws.
