The Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the framework of “Stipendium Hungaricum” program has been signed between the Ministry of Education of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Hungary for 2021-2023, the Ministry told Tehsil.biz.

According to the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, this Memorandum was signed by Minister of Education Emin Amrullayev from Azerbaijani side, and from the other side, by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Hungary to Azerbaijan Viktor Szederkenyi.
