Education Minister Emin Amrullayev has appointed a new adviser.

According to Tehsil.biz, the minister signed an order in this regard.

According to the order, Nijat Mammadli was brought to this position.

Prior to this appointment, Nijat Mammadli worked as the head of the Ministry's Department of Science and Higher Education.
