He said that the recognition of diplomas for next year will be transferred to another format: "The new project will include the concept of partial recognition. In many countries, especially in the field of medicine, the standard of education is lower than in Azerbaijan.

The draft of the new rules will include the concept of partial recognition, and the knowledge acquired by students will be recognized by us. They will be given the right to obtain loans and complete their specialties, which are lacking in other higher education institutions in Azerbaijan. The process has been discussed for a long time. I think that the project will be approved early next year. After the new change, the loans of these people will be recognized and a partial recognition certificate will be issued. "
