The bronze work of art is in the form of a tree with the Heydar Aliyev Center, one of the eye-catching architectural gems of modern Baku, on one side and the Amphitheater in the Katara Cultural City on the other. The crescent ornament engraved on the body of the work of art indicates that Azerbaijan and Qatar belong to the same root - Islamic culture. The spherical object on the statue symbolizes oil and gas, the main natural resources of the two countries.

Before the opening ceremony, Elnur Aliyev met with Khalid Al-Suleiti, Director General of the Katara Cultural Campus Foundation. The meeting focused on the development of bilateral relations in the field of culture. In the end, Elnur Aliyev presented a portrait of "Leyli and Majnun" to the Director General.

It should be noted that the Katara Cultural Campus is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Qatar, including theaters and concert halls, exhibition centers, music academies, art centers, trade and catering facilities, as well as recreation areas.
