Minister of Education Emin Amrullayev together with a first-grader rang the "Last Bell" for 21 graduates of the Tapgaragoyunlu village high school, which was completely burnt during the First Karabakh War and was hit by numerous shells during the 44-day Patriotic War.
According to Tehsil.biz, the minister then presented the school's symbolic "Knowledge Key" to a first-grader.
At the end of the event, the Minister together with the graduates of the school released pigeons, a symbol of peace.
It should be noted that 131,227 students will graduate from the 9th grade and 84,069 students from the 11th grade in the 2020-2021 academic year. Of the 9th grade graduates, 60,403 are girls, 70,824 are boys, 38,461 are 11th grade girls and 45,608 are boys. In the 2020-2021 academic year, 106,580 children completed 6,110 school preparation groups operating in secondary schools across the country.
