During this period, candidates preparing to submit documents for admission to doctoral and dissertation programs to higher education institutions, scientific institutions and organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan must create a "Personal Cabinet" on the website of the MFA and register to participate in the foreign language exam (link June 7 will be activated from).
